Ryan Spanger has over 8 years of professional experience in the video production industry. As Managing Director of Dream Engine, he has produced innovative communication solutions for organizations including the Victorian State Government Department of Education, the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council, and Advantage Property Consulting.

Ryan has directed documentary projects funded by organisations including the Victorian Multicultural Commission, Festivals Australia, Telstra Countrywide and the Next Wave Festival. He has taught a number of filmmaking workshops, and his writing about film and television has appeared in publications such as the Age, and Metro. Ryan was motivated to enter the industry because of a deep passion for filmmaking, and brings a strong sense of dedication and energy to his work.
