People might be surprised to know that a lot of production companies keep the copyright to their work and they basically give you a licence to use their video, and the reason why we don’t do that is because if I was commissioning a corporate video, I wouldn’t be happy with that. The way that I work is once the video is done, and delivered, and paid for, the clients gets the copyright. It’s their video and they can use it however they want, and I believe that’s the way it should be.
