When the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council received funding to reinvigorate a suburban retail hub, Dream Engine produced a reality-television style training DVD that is used by retailers to help them to improve their business.
To introduce their new “St Kilda Triangle” website, the City of Port Phillip commissioned Dream Engine to film an introduction to the project featuring the Mayor.
