Event video and photography
Mental Health Australia brought members and sector leaders together at Rydges Melbourne for its Members Policy Forum on 12 November 2025.
The program included formal addresses, government and policy updates, panel discussions, presentations, workshops and networking.
We provided event video production in Melbourne for the forum, along with photography throughout the day. We delivered a short highlights film, full recordings of nominated presentations and a set of event photos covering the formal program, networking and workshops.

The forum moved between presentations, panel discussions, question-and-answer sessions, workshops and networking.
The brief included full recordings of nominated presentations, a highlights film and a photo library covering the wider event.
The approach
Planning the coverage
We planned the video and photography around the event run sheet. This showed us where to position each camera and photographer.
We recorded presentations at the lectern and covered panels, audience questions, workshops and networking.
Video deliverables
Highlights film and presentation recordings
We produced a 1 minute 57 second highlights film and full recordings of nominated presentations.
The highlights film includes the venue, speakers, panel discussions, audience reactions, workshops and networking.
Photography
Event photography
Mental Health Australia asked for natural-colour images that did not feel staged. We photographed speakers, panels, audience reactions, networking and working groups.
Mental Health Australia received images for web and print. The same production team handled both the video and photography.
