Client Background
Porsche Australia regularly invests in training and development initiatives that strengthen employee capability, reinforce company values and support an exceptional customer experience. The Porsche Excite! program brought team members together for a day of learning, collaboration and practical activities designed to build skills and strengthen connections across the organisation.
Project Overview
The Brief
Dream Engine was engaged to produce an event highlights video that captured far more than the day’s agenda. The objective was to create an engaging internal communications video that captured the energy of the event while reinforcing its purpose.
The finished video needed to showcase the learning experience, celebrate the people involved and demonstrate Porsche’s ongoing investment in developing its team. Rather than simply documenting presentations and activities, the video needed to communicate the culture of the organisation and the enthusiasm of those taking part.
Our Approach
Throughout the day we filmed keynote presentations, interactive workshops, team activities and candid moments between colleagues. Because the event moved between structured sessions and fast-paced group exercises, our crew worked discreetly throughout the venue to capture authentic interactions without interrupting the experience for participants.
During editing, we combined cinematic visuals, carefully selected soundbites and an energetic pace to create a highlights film that gives viewers a clear sense of what it was like to attend the event. The finished production balances moments of learning with the enthusiasm and collaboration that defined the day.
The video also reinforces the four key themes explored throughout the program while highlighting Porsche’s commitment to customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement. While this project focused on an event, the finished production also serves as an excellent example of how organisations can use training videos and event content to strengthen internal communication and employee engagement.
The Result
The completed highlights video gives Porsche a valuable internal communications asset that celebrates the success of the program, reinforces key messages and helps build enthusiasm for future training initiatives. It also provides a lasting record of the event while reflecting Porsche’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people.
“Having worked with Dream Engine on multiple occasions now for video filming I can say it has always been very enjoyable, easy and professional.”
