Ronson Gears is a Melbourne-based manufacturer specialising in precision gears and machined components for aerospace, mining, agriculture and high-performance engineering sectors. They needed a homepage video for their new website that immediately communicates what they do and how their manufacturing process works.

Ronson Gears operates an advanced machining facility with specialised equipment and a highly structured production workflow. Their goal was to show visitors exactly how the factory operates and communicate the precision and discipline behind their work.
The Creative Challenge
From our first visit to the factory floor, one thing stood out: the rhythm of the production line. Each stage feeds into the next with timing, structure and coordination. This observation led to the creative idea of presenting the factory as a kind of “industrial symphony”: a system of processes working together with harmony and intent.
Our Solution
Creative Approach
We developed a concept where the machines, tools and workers would form the visual “instruments” of the piece. The factory’s movement guided the edit’s pacing. Every transition, cut and camera movement was designed to reinforce the idea of order and precision.
The music was central to bringing this idea to life. We explored music libraries and tested multiple options before finding a track that matched the machinery’s rhythm and the factory floor’s flow. The visuals were then timed carefully to the soundtrack to strengthen the metaphor and reinforce the company’s process-driven culture.
Production
We filmed across the factory, following the natural sequence of the production process. This gave the final edit a strong narrative flow — raw materials arriving at the factory, components being machined, inspected and finished, and the final gears packed and ready for delivery.
Filming in high resolution allowed us to capture the fine detail in the machinery, cutting tools and engineering work. This clarity supports the premium, technical positioning of the brand.

The finished video gives visitors an immediate understanding of Ronson Gears’ capabilities and communicates their commitment to precision and process.
