The Challenge

Internal webinars often struggle to hold attention, especially over longer durations. PACT needed to communicate important updates from leadership while keeping a large and diverse audience engaged for a full two-hour session.

The challenge was to create a format that maintained energy, variety, and clarity throughout the entire session, while still feeling appropriate for an internal audience.

Our Approach

We designed the webinar as a structured broadcast rather than a typical internal meeting. The session combined live presentations with twelve short, pre-produced videos placed strategically throughout the run. Each video highlighted different parts of the business, including people, processes, and operations across multiple locations.

The Result

The final webinar felt structured, engaging, and well-paced from beginning to end. PACT surveyed participants following the event, with 203 responses recorded. The results reflected a consistently strong response:

  • 89% rated the webinar good to excellent
  • 96% rated the video content good to excellent
  • 95% said they would definitely attend another webinar

The video content played a key role in shaping the experience. It added variety, broke up the live segments, and helped maintain attention across the full two-hour session.

What it was like working with Dream Engine on this Internal Webinar project

“Thanks to Ryan Spanger and the Dream Engine team for bringing our webinar to life. It was the first time we’d done something like this, and they made it look easy.

We surveyed our staff afterwards, and the results are telling: 89% rated the webinar good to excellent; 96% rated the video content good to excellent; and 95% said they would DEFINITELY attend another webinar like it.”
