Founded, in 1916, BMW is one of the world's largest and most recognisable car brands. BMW Seal and Protect is a paint, leather and carpet protection system. It's offered to their customers as a way to protect their investment and keep their car looking new.
Challenge
Applying BMW Seal & Protect requires a very specific method. Create a training video for BMW technicians that clearly demonstrates the application of the product. Additionally, a short piece to camera is required for the BMW sales team to address common questions about Seal and Protect.
Solution
We were given access to one of the BMW service centers in Port Melbourne. Here we were able to show the product being applied in the exact environment that technicians will be in when they carry out the steps in the training video.
Results
The videos will be distributed on an internal website and will be used as a training tool throughout all BMW dealerships nation wide.
