Photos for your business
Photography for your website, reports and campaigns
Your marketing, communications or HR team may need updated staff photos, images of the workplace or a set of photos for an upcoming campaign. We start with what you need to show and where the photographs will appear, then plan who and what to photograph.
Help in front of the camera
We explain where to stand, how to position yourself and what to expect. You can see the photos as we work.
A style that fits your organisation
We plan the lighting, backgrounds and framing to suit your brand guidelines and existing photography.
Sessions at your workplace
We bring lighting and backdrops where needed, and arrange session times around your staff and working day.
Files for print and online
You receive edited, named files for print and online use, with full usage rights for your organisation.
People and teams
Corporate headshots and team portraits
We photograph staff, leadership teams and executives for company websites, LinkedIn profiles and internal directories. We help each person with their posture and expression, and show them the photos during the session.
We can set up a backdrop at your office or use the workplace as the setting. Before the shoot, we work out the look you need and arrange times for each person or group, so staff know when they are needed.
- Executive and leadership profiles
- Staff headshots and team portraits
- LinkedIn profiles and recruitment pages
- Annual reports and internal directories

At work
Workplace and campaign photography
Photos of your people at work give customers, potential staff and other audiences a look inside your organisation. We photograph meetings, day-to-day tasks, workspaces and the details that help explain what you do.
We plan the shots around where you will use them, whether that is a website, recruitment page, capability statement, public information campaign or annual report. That includes choosing the framing and leaving room for headlines or other text where needed.

Frequently asked questions
Corporate photography FAQs
Answers about costs, session times, editing and using your photos.
What types of corporate photography do you provide?
We photograph staff headshots, team portraits, executives, workplaces and events. We also create sets of photos for websites, campaigns, case studies and reports.
How much does corporate photography cost?
The cost depends on how long the shoot takes, how many people and locations are involved, the lighting and backdrops needed, and the number of edited photos. We discuss these details with you and provide a written quote before you book.
Can you photograph at our office or workplace?
Yes. We photograph in offices, clinics, industrial workplaces, construction sites and outdoor locations. We bring portable lighting and backdrops where needed, and check access, safety requirements and suitable session times with you beforehand.
How long does a corporate photography session take?
It depends on how many people need photos, whether we are moving between locations and how many different shots you need. We work out a schedule around staff availability and include the expected session length in your quote.
How do you help people feel comfortable during headshots?
You do not need to know how to pose. We guide you on where to stand, how to turn towards the camera and how to adjust your posture. We take several photos and look through them with you during the session.
What is included in the editing?
We adjust colour and exposure, crop the images and apply light retouching where needed. The aim is to keep skin tones and details looking natural, with a consistent finish across the photos.
How are the finished photographs delivered?
We deliver your edited photographs within two business days, with high-resolution files for print and smaller versions for websites and social media.
What usage rights do we receive?
You receive full usage rights to the final photographs, so your organisation can use them across web, print, social media and internal channels.
