DXC Technology engaged Dream Engine to provide event video production and photography for its regional Sales Kick-off at Crown Melbourne’s Palladium Ballroom. Held over two days, the event brought together approximately 500 employees from across the APAC, Japan, Middle East and Africa regions for keynote presentations, leadership sessions, networking and a gala awards dinner.
Dream Engine was engaged to capture the scale, energy and professionalism of the event while producing a range of video and photographic assets for internal communications, employee recognition, social media and future event promotion.

Capturing a Two-Day International Conference
Large corporate conferences move quickly. Keynote presentations, networking, award ceremonies, audience reactions and informal moments often happen across different parts of the venue, with little opportunity to recreate anything once it has passed.
Our crew covered both days of the Sales Kick-off, from the opening sessions through to the gala dinner. We captured keynote speakers, audience engagement, branded event spaces, networking moments and awards presentations while working discreetly around delegates, presenters and venue staff.
Because the conference brought together employees from across four regions, the highlights film needed to reflect both the professionalism of the event and the collaborative culture of the organisation. The result was a polished highlights film that gave DXC a lasting record of the event and a valuable communication asset after the conference had finished.
If you are planning a conference, annual general meeting, leadership event or awards night, our event video production services are designed to help organisations capture the value of important live events.
Producing Content for Multiple Channels
The project was planned around more than one final video. DXC required content that could be used internally, shared with employees, adapted for social media and kept as a record of important awards presentations.
Deliverables included:
- A professionally edited event highlights film.
- Full-length video recordings of the awards presentations.
- Short-form social media videos for LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Professional event photography across both days.
- Portrait photography for award winners.
The project also included professional event photography across both days, creating a comprehensive library of imagery that complemented the video deliverables.
Managing a Large Corporate Event Production
Filming a conference of this size requires careful planning. Our team worked with the event schedule to ensure presentations, audience reactions, networking opportunities, sponsor branding and the gala awards could all be captured without disrupting the flow of the event.
With keynote presentations, awards and audience interactions all happening live, there was no opportunity for second takes. Our crew anticipated key moments throughout the schedule, ensuring important presentations, award winners and audience reactions were captured as they happened.
From single-day seminars through to multi-day conferences involving hundreds of delegates, Dream Engine works closely with event organisers, AV suppliers and venue staff to keep production organised and unobtrusive.
Event Photography and Video from One Team
Alongside the video production, Dream Engine provided a dedicated event photographer to capture the conference across both days. This included keynote presentations, networking, award ceremonies, candid moments and professional portraits for award winners.
Having a dedicated photographer working alongside our video crew meant DXC received a consistent library of high-quality visual assets without needing to coordinate multiple suppliers. Our teams work together throughout the event, ensuring important moments are captured from both photographic and video perspectives without getting in each other’s way.
For organisations planning conferences, sales meetings or corporate events, having a single production team manage both video and photography simplifies communication, streamlines event logistics and delivers a cohesive collection of content for internal communications, marketing and social media.
