Fulton Hogan is a major construction and infrastructure company operating across Australia and New Zealand. Dream Engine created this recruitment video to show the impact of its work, communicate its commitment to sustainable construction and help attract the next generation of talent.
Project Snapshot
- Client: Fulton Hogan
- Project: Recruitment and sustainability video
- Goal: Attract skilled candidates by communicating the organisation’s purpose and values
- Production: Filming across several Fulton Hogan worksites
- Content: Staff interviews, operations, environmental initiatives, aerial footage and construction timelapses
- Uses: Recruitment campaigns, job advertisements, presentations and social media
The Brief
Fulton Hogan wanted a recruitment video that did more than list job roles or benefits. It needed to capture the company’s values and purpose, particularly its commitment to sustainability. The video also needed to resonate with skilled professionals looking for meaningful work and align with the company’s long-term vision.
Dream Engine worked with Fulton Hogan’s communications team to refine the message, plan the interviews and identify the best locations for telling the story visually.
Our Production Approach
We filmed across several Fulton Hogan worksites, capturing staff interviews, on-site operations and environmental initiatives that demonstrated the company’s future-focused approach.
The tone was authentic and down to earth. Real employees spoke about their work rather than relying on heavily scripted corporate language. These interviews were combined with aerial footage, construction timelapses and short pieces to camera from Fulton Hogan team members explaining what sustainability means in practice.
The Outcome
The finished video became part of Fulton Hogan’s recruitment campaign and was used in job advertisements, presentations and social media. It helped the company communicate its story and connect with candidates who shared its values.
“A powerful way to show who we are and what we stand for.”
