Help with your corporate video, from the first idea

You may have a finished brief, or you may still be working out what the video needs to cover. We’ll talk through who it’s for, what you want to say and where you’ll use it. From there, we can recommend an approach and work out what needs to be filmed.

Work out what to say

We help you choose the main points and decide what to explain through interviews, a script or footage of your business.

Help people prepare

We explain what filming involves and help the people appearing on camera know what to expect.

Types of corporate videos we produce

A company introduction, a customer story and a staff update each need a different approach. We’ll help you choose one that suits what you need to say and where you’ll show the video.

  • Company profiles and brand films: Introduce your business, the people behind it and the work you do.
  • Customer case studies: Let customers explain why they came to you, what you did and how it helped.
  • Internal communications: Help leaders explain changes, share priorities and keep staff informed.
  • Recruitment videos: Give candidates a look at the workplace, the role and the people they’d work with.
  • Training and safety videos: Demonstrate tasks, procedures and safe ways of working.
  • Event videos: Record presentations and interviews, or create a highlights video to share afterwards.

Filming at your workplace

We film in offices, warehouses, factories, universities and other workplaces. Before the shoot, we check where we can film, who needs to be involved and when each area is available. We also work through inductions, permits and safety requirements, and check whether noise or limited space could affect the recording.

We arrange filming around staff, customers and the working day. Everyone appearing on camera knows when they’re needed and what we’ll be asking them to do. For interviews, our producer asks questions and guides the conversation, so people can explain their work in their own words.

Corporate video production FAQs

How much does a corporate video cost?

A corporate overview video typically falls in the AUD $4,000 to $8,000 range. This may cover planning, workplace interviews, supporting footage and a main edit. Simpler projects may cost less; extra filming days, locations, animation or versions can increase the price. We’ll provide an itemised quote for your project. Our video production budget guide explains the main costs in more detail.

How long does corporate video production take?

A straightforward corporate video may be completed within a few weeks. Larger projects can take longer, particularly when they involve scripting, several filming days, animation or multiple review stages. We’ll confirm a schedule based on your project and the availability of people and locations. If you need the video for an event, campaign or launch, tell us the date when you enquire.

Can you film at our office, site or facility?

Yes. We film in offices, factories, warehouses, schools, universities and healthcare settings. We’ll check access, inductions, permissions, PPE and safety requirements before the shoot. We can also provide public liability insurance documents if your site needs them.

How do you help people feel comfortable on camera?

Most people we film aren’t professional presenters. We explain what to expect, give them time to settle in and guide them with questions. They can talk about their work in their own words, with direction from our producer when they need it.

How do reviews and approvals work?

Your quote sets out the review rounds included, and we confirm who needs to approve the video. We ask you to send your team’s feedback together, so we can work from one set of comments. If a request adds work beyond the quote, we’ll explain any extra cost or change to the schedule before going ahead.

Can you supply captions and versions for different platforms?

Yes. We can include captions, subtitle files, shorter edits, vertical videos and exports for different platforms. Tell us where you’ll use the video and any accessibility requirements, so we can include the versions you need in the quote.

What happens to the footage and project files?

Your quote explains which files you’ll receive and how raw footage and editing project files will be handled. If you need those files transferred to you or stored long term, tell us before we finalise the quote. We’ll include any storage, licensing and handover costs.
